Aimed at reviving audience interest and promoting regional cinema, this movement marks a major milestone for local filmmaking.

राजस्थानी सिनेमा सामूहिक रिलीज़ (ग्रुप रिलीज़) समझौता प्रारूप MOU

प्रस्तावना एवं घोषणा

यह समझौता पत्र राजस्थानी सिनेमा के विकास और उसे आगे बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से तैयार किया गया है। निर्माता एवं आयोजक (LS Films / रॉयलवुड ग्रुप) के मध्य फिल्म रिलीज़ से संबंधित सभी नियम, शर्तें और नीतियां निम्नलिखित हैं:

• अधिकारों की घोषणा: निर्माता यह पूर्ण आश्वासन और सहमति देता है कि उसके पास संबंधित फिल्म को सिनेमाघर में रिलीज़ करने का संपूर्ण और वैध अधिकार है।

• सहयोग की प्रतिबद्धता: राजस्थानी सिनेमा को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए रॉयलवुड ग्रुप की रिलीज़ नीति और विचारधारा से पूर्ण सहमति व्यक्त करते हुए, निर्माता तन, मन और धन से पूर्ण सहयोग करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

मुख्य नियम एवं शर्तें (Terms & Conditions)

1. सेंसर एवं तकनीकी आवश्यकताएं (Censor & Technical Requirements)

• सेंसर कॉपी: जिस भी फिल्म के टिकट बेचे जाएंगे, उस फिल्म की सेंसर कॉपी (Censor Copy) होना अनिवार्य है।

• फ़िल्म स्क्रैबल पर अपलोड होनी चाहिए या (DCP) देनी होगी

• फॉर्मेट: ग्रुप रिलीज़ के तहत निर्माता को अपनी फिल्म अनिवार्य रूप से DCP फॉर्मेट में उपलब्ध करानी होगी।

• समय पर प्रस्तुति: यदि निर्माता निर्धारित समय पर थिएटर में चलने वाली DCP फाइल उपलब्ध नहीं करा पाता है, तो इससे होने वाले नुकसान का भुगतान निर्माता को स्वयं करना होगा।

2. राजमंदिर सिनेमा सीटिंग एवं वित्तीय व्यवस्था (Seating & Revenue Sharing)

• सीटिंग क्षमता: राजमंदिर सिनेमा की कुल सीटिंग क्षमता 865 है।

• राजस्व विभाजन: कुल क्षमता में से 400 सीटों का निर्धारण ग्रुप रिलीज़ के तहत किया गया है। 865 सीटों का राजस्व निर्माता और आयोजक के बीच 50:50 के अनुपात में विभाजित होगा।

• टिकट और बिक्री का अधिकार:

  • निर्माता जितनी टिकटें स्वयं बेचेगा, केवल उन्हीं टिकटों के मुनाफे पर उसका अधिकार होगा।

  • मार्केटिंग टीम (LS Films के सदस्यों) द्वारा बेची गई टिकटों के राजस्व/मुनाफे पर पूरी तरह से आयोजक (LS Films) का अधिकार होगा।

3. रिलीज़ खर्च एवं वित्तीय प्रबंधन (Release Expenses & Financials)

• थिएटर खर्च: राजमंदिर सिनेमा का केवल थिएटर का किराया 60,000/- रुपये है।

• अतिरिक्त खर्च: RO, पब्लिसिटी सामग्री, सोशल मीडिया प्रमोशन, स्टाफ, और रिलीज़ के दिन के आयोजन (ढोल, फ़ोटोग्राफ़ी, स्वागत सामग्री, थिएटर के बाहर पोस्टर आदि) का कुल खर्च लगभग 40,000/- रुपये है।एक शो दिखाने का खर्च क़रीबन 1 लाख है .

• भुगतान नीति: निर्माता अपनी फिल्म रिलीज़ के लिए केवल 40,000/- रुपये का भुगतान करेगा। शेष खर्च कंपनी द्वारा उठाया जाएगा और प्रोडक्शन हाउस को पूरा सहयोग दिया जाएगा।

• खर्चों का समायोजन: रिलीज़ के पश्चात, टिकटों से प्राप्त आय में से सबसे पहले थिएटर का किराया और LS Films द्वारा किए गए सभी खर्च निकाले जाएंगे। इसके पश्चात ही शेष राशि का हिसाब किया जाएगा।

• GST: प्रत्येक टिकट पर नियमानुसार 18% GST लागू होगी।

4. प्रमोशन, मार्केटिंग एवं टिकट बिक्री (Promotion & Ticketing)

• रणनीति: फिल्म की रिलीज़ डेट और उसके प्रमोशन की पूरी रणनीति LS Films द्वारा हैंडल की जाएगी।

• QR कोड भुगतान: फिल्म की टिकट केवल LS Films के आधिकारिक QR कोड पर ही मान्य होगी।

• निर्माता द्वारा टिकट की संख्या और उनका रिकॉर्ड और QR के स्क्रीन शॉट एलएस फिल्म्स के आधिकारिक नंबर पर व्हाट्स ऐप करना अनिवार्य है .

• टिकट अनिवार्यता: बिना वैध टिकट के एक भी दर्शक सिनेमा हॉल में प्रवेश नहीं करेगा। यदि बिना टिकट कोई प्रवेश करता है, तो उस टिकट का आर्थिक भुगतान निर्माता को करना होगा।

• ब्रांड अधिकार:

  • मार्केटिंग टीम द्वारा लाए गए ब्रांड्स पर निर्माता का कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा।

  • यदि निर्माता स्वयं किसी ब्रांड को लेकर आता है, तो उस पर पूरा अधिकार निर्माता का ही होगा।

5 टिकट और ब्रांड

• 199/- रुपए की किसी भी टिकट पर कोई पुरुस्कार या ईनाम नहीं है ।

• केवल 299/- की टिकट पर पुरुस्कार मिलेगा

• बड़े ईनाम का ड्रॉ ३१ दिसंबर को खोला जाएगा

• जिस टिकट का पेमेंट स्क्रीन शॉट कंपनी द्वारा दिये गये नंबर पर आएगा आएगा ।वही टिकट वेलिड मानी जाएगी ।

5. प्रतिबद्धताएं एवं शास्ति (Commitments & Penalties)

• रिलीज़ तिथि परिवर्तन निषेध: एक बार फिल्म की रिलीज़ की तारीख फाइनल होने के बाद निर्माता उसमें बदलाव नहीं कर सकता। यदि निर्माता ऐसा करता है, तो LS Films फ़िल्म के नुक़सान की भरपाई करनी होगी .

• उत्पादन सहयोग: फिल्म को सफलतापूर्वक संचालित करने के लिए प्रोडक्शन हाउस को भी अपना पूर्ण योगदान देना होगा।

मीडिया एवं प्रेस कवरेज (Media & Press Coverage)

• प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस और इंटरव्यू: फिल्म रिलीज़ के दौरान होने वाली प्रेस मीट, मीडिया इंटरव्यू और कलाकारों की बाइट्स की रूपरेखा LS Films तय करेगा। इसमें निर्माता और मुख्य कलाकारों की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य होगी।

• प्रचार सामग्री की गुणवत्ता: निर्माता द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले पोस्टर्स, टीज़र, ट्रेलर और बैनर उच्च गुणवत्ता (High Resolution) के होने चाहिए, ताकि सोशल मीडिया और थिएटर्स पर सही ढंग से प्रमोशन किया जा सके।

6. अन्य नियम एवं कानूनी प्रावधान (General & Legal Clauses)

• कानूनी विवाद: किसी भी प्रकार के वाद-विवाद की संपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी फिल्म के निर्माता की होगी।

• अपवाद एवं आपदा (Force Majeure): प्राकृतिक आपदा, सरकारी आदेश (जैसे कोरोना महामारी), कानून व्यवस्था या अन्य अप्रत्याशित घटनाओं के कारण यदि कार्यक्रम स्थगित या आगे बढ़ाना पड़ता है, तो LS Films इसका उत्तरदायित्व नहीं लेगा।

• न्यायक्षेत्र (Jurisdiction): यह समझौता MOV (Memorandum of Understanding) कानून के अधीन है। किसी भी प्रकार के वाद-विवाद की स्थिति में न्यायक्षेत्र केवल जयपुर होगा।

अंतिम स्वीकृति

मैंने ऊपर लिखे सभी नियमों और शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ लिया है। मैं पूर्ण रूप से इन सभी नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत हूँ तथा अपनी सहमति प्रदान करता हूँ।

आपसी सहमति: यह समझौता दोनों पक्षों की आपसी सहमति से तय की गई रिलीज़ अवधि के लिए मान्य होगा। यदि कोई पक्ष नियमों का उल्लंघन करता है, तो LS Films को यह अधिकार होगा कि वह बिना पूर्व सूचना के इस समझौते को रद्द कर सके।
